Hello..
just want to report in, that I applied expedited AP (it's a renewal). USCIS in Nebraska received my paper application on Nov 9 and today I saw my case file and it is approved.
Here's the message:
Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT
Current Status: Document mailed to applicant.
On November 7, 2008 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

based on my experience, should be ok. I switched job then travel. when I entered the US and they asked whos sponsored me, I still give them the old employer info, and they didn't ask any other questions. |

I got the 2 photos- with the right specification.
But i didn't include I94 or old AP.
I only attached I485 pending and I140 approval.
and my passport info.

I am getting ready to mail renewal AP today.
So far I have:
check $305
expedited letter
form I131- 3 pages
copy of my current EAD
copy o fpending I485
copy of driver licence.
Am I missing something?
Feel like I am.

I'm getting ready to renew my AP. My question is, is it ok to have my bf wrote the check to USCIS? or does it have to be written from me?
I am getting ready to travel home in early feb. So, I was wondering how long it takes for you guys to get it without getting it expedited?

thanks. I hope there won't be any problem once they work on my case later. My job classification is the same, in terms of salary it has salary +bonus, so once they see my W2s it will reflect the same/similar amount of $$ if not higher.
