Topic: Euro$1 = US$1.60

The USD is weak because we cutting interest rate like crazy to stop the recession. The EU however, has been steadily increasing their rate over the past years. Once the Fed rate goes up around 5%, USD will gain strength

Topic: Card Production Ordered - Travle outside US

Well, I will go against the stream here. You have not received the GC in hand and your AP does not get voided automatically as far as I know. There was one case here where some dependent was outside US while her GC was approved and she got in with her H4 just fine. The law requires you to be present in the US when your GC gets approved and you were. So even if your AP gets cnacelled, they cannot deny entry because you are a permanent resident in the system. They can issue you 551 stamp at POE and let you in. You should contact an attorney just to be safe

Topic: Can i cross charge to United States as the country of residence by virtue of marriage?

Yea..if you are married to a US Citizen, the family based petition is quicker. You also become citizen faster (3 years vs 5 years for EB)

Topic: Got an RFE tonight

Are you still with the employer who filed your I-140? (you should be) The RFE could be about Employment verification.
