so you mean after my husband got 485 receipt and then request CC separaitly?
Or can I request CC when my husband applies 485 as dependent?

And how you can prove your marriage is bona fide?
what kind of document you need to give them?

my situation is we just got marrid and my husband working on H1.
he didn't apply green card before,so he doesn't have 485 receipt.

so he have to apply 485 first as my dependent and then request CC?
and what is bona fide marriage?

my case has been tranfered september last year from california to nebraska,
I had soft LUD on 2/7/08 aftere i had done finger print,on 2/6/08...
then i got hard LUD with same message on 9/30/08 and soft LUD 10/1/08...

I have called uscis yesterday and the lady tald me my back check is compleated,
but case has not approved yet.

any one can guess what is going on my case?

i think this is good sign,,,because it means your case is almost done, just need an interview.
