Topic: Anybody applied for leave to remain(flr) and waiting for more than 6 months?

Hi,

I thought of start discussing my problem with HSMP, TIER 1, i am waiting nearly 6 months, i applied for hsmp under old rules and got approval, and i sent it(FLR) for leave to remain ( i am currentley on student visa), and i called many times to HO, some times they said u r case is now passed to the Manager, ( most cases they said we dont know how long it will take)
Nearly 10 days back, i send a fax to withdraw my application but i didnt get my doc back from HO, i conformed with customer service that they received my FAX,

Is this goaing to be serious issue for me , i am in tension what to do next,

please anybody in this community help me with u r suggestions.
