Topic: Appeal for UK Visa clerance
hai ,
here i want to share a few things,My current employer has applied for workpermit and i got the workpermit too.for applying this work permit i have submitted my past experinece also . After i got my work permit i have applied for visa clearnace and after a few days i got my documents and it was a refusal for clearance.
The Visa officer stated that my past experience was not satisfactory and are false documents .but actually they are genuine -i worked there around 3 yrs and now the company has shutdown their operations due to some reasons which i dont know..and one more thing is i didnt received my experience letters too. and VO provided me a appeal form to appaal.As i dont know whether the company is still alive or not i have applied.
So what is the procedure to appeal and how far i can succeded after appealing.can any one give me the best suggestions on how to appeal and what i should state in my appeal form
