My 485 was transferred from TSC to NSC (my 140 was in NSC).
The moment 485 was transferred, there were LUD's on my pending 140 - No change in the message (Message was "Case pending...")

Same here ... RFE on my I131. They ask a photocopy of the personal data pages of my valid passport, including the photograph and biographic info.

I rec'd this RFE, does the lawyer get another Copy of RFE ?

One of my friends was doing some searching and found a receipt number (Both are I-485 Receipts)
LIN07225XXXXX (August 03 Date)
LIN07237XXXXX (August 17 Date)

Was just curious on these receipt numbers

Hi All

My H1 is due to expire in December 2007
My Labor was approved in June 2007
and I-140 was Applied in July 2007- Pending
and I-485 was applied in August 2007 - - Pending

Since my labot was NOT applied 365 days before the end of 6ht year and
my I-140 is not approved.

Will I get an H1 Extension ?
