here is my situation from this u might understand. my first wife was canadian citizen. after she left to canada she never come back so i file for divorce. because i could not find her i have to get divorce by publication. while this process was going on i was trying to get remarried with indian girl this all was going on in the same period of last year's massed up in immigration. due to long process of divorce i could not remarried with indian girl. finally i got divorce with canadian and got married with indian girl. after this i spoke to lawyer he said i m able to file for my indian wife when my pd get current. so bottom line is you have to have get married before your gc approved. and wait for pd get current. when it get's current u can file for your wife |

how did u find out this bill is going on floor on 10th of this month?
if they pass in one of this house or sanate when will this bill go to other house/sanate?
how many % of chace is they pass the same bill (without any changes) to other side?
i m not thinking nagetively. but this all questions comes in my mind? i hope and prey this will pass at once in both side without any changes so this will not kill time. |

add mine to i m aug-07 filler till today no fp. i talk to lawyer he said wait for notice. by the way today i got my second ead. and i m doing nothing about this beside keep asking lawyer isn't that strange? |

god knows what is the rule on fp because i did file 485 in aug 2007 i got ead in oct 07 i have allready applied for second ead and it shows me online card production order but till today i haven't got any fp |

i have told so many time to my lawyer but he told me we can do nothing about this we just have to wait for the notice |

thanks for reply myth77. yes it was paper file and i was a substitute applicant but friend of mine we both file from the same lawer office even he file 20 days after me but he allready done on fp not not mine |

i 485 file in aug 07. i did applied 2nd ead, i haven't got any finger print till today even while ago i just check online ead status shows card production order. i heard on every ead we should have fingerprint so why not mine? is there some thing wrong with it? is there somebody in same situation? |
