I want to understand what these processing dates are? I know what does current means. What happens If the processing dates are around my application RD/ND Dates? Do they check my application and keep it pending for approval till its PD is current or not even open till PD is current.

Yes, me too got soft LUDs on 12/14, 12/15, 12/18 for all. One more on 12/19 for me only. 140 already approved and PD 04/2007.

What does below status on USCIS site means? Can I book the tickets based on this status for this month end?

"Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status: Document mailed to applicant.

On December 10, 2007 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service."

already got frustated and left to them... I got two soft LUDs on 11/29 and 11/30 then nothing. Don't know what's happening.

it is my guess based on my soft LUD. Ofcourse I know one person got APs from NSC who is on EB3 applied on Aug 3rd! there may be different lines of processing. When I spoke to IO, she said every application will be processed differently!
