PLEASE GUIDE ME AS AFTER REFUSAL OF INITIAL HSMP, I JUST REALISED THAT HSMP RETURNED ALL MY DOCUMENTS EXCEPT PAYSLIPS AND EMPLOYER SALARY STATEMENT FOR THE WHOLE YEAR. I MUST SUBNIT THEM IN ORIGNAL FOR REVIEW WITHIN 20 DAYS AS 8 DAYS ARE ALREADY PASSED. PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO. DOES ANYONE KNOW OR SUGGEST WHY DID HSMP TEAM, KEPT THEM , IS IT BY MISTAKE, DID THEY LOST THEM OR IS IT NORMAL for them to keep some document without writing anything about them...
should i complain ..
would i be able to apply for review without them or by using photo copies..
my consultant is saying , nothing to worry, but i doubt it seriously...
the question in my mind is , how can a neutral new caseworker , decide without the orignal income certificate and payslips in my favour.. i think he will straight refuse saying insufficient proof for income..
plese share ur view and guidance.

home must have written u reason for refusal and in that refusal statement is the key..
which u have not written.. so without reason , no one can help u at all.. |

yes, o1 and 02 or 03 , shows, if the applicant has applied before...
forexample , if one apply for hsmp and got rejected for low income and afterwards reapply and this time, his income is more.. thatn they compare both cases side by side and see if one has presented conflicting information.. and if yes , then they refuse saying , this person is trying deception to gain points.
same for ppl , who apply and later on withdraw, and reapply..
so, every must be very careful, during very first application .but if one get declined ,because he forgot to submit somthing then they are not giving conflicting info but instead giving fullfiling the req so no prb and nothing to worry..
also some time two applicants with same name and same dob as well. they still want to compare to make sure, they are not same...
i have been waiting six months for my own initial hsmp and was thinking to withdraw and reapply for tier1, but then bcoz of this , i
decided to keep waiting instead.. |

how can i know , who is my case worker..
also , i contacted my mp and house of lords. they are trying to help a little. but my mp is asking, what is the main reason , or extra ordinary circumstance , that they should expedite ur case.. so what reason should i give them.. first i said my visa is expiring soon, then they said, no problem to apply for ur visa extension as normal as u already have ur passport with u, as in hsmp case they dont take passport. same thing if i say , i have to travel.. so plzz suggest..
also i noticed, a lot of pakistanis and muslims are being refused saying , verification failed. plz suggest solution for this refusal. is there any way to fight back. |

DEAR FRIEND, PLEASE SUGGEST SOLUTION FOR REFUSALS SAYING, FURTHER VERIFICATION FAILED.
HOW CAN ONE FIGHT IN APPEAL OR IN NEW TIER1, HOW ARE WE GOING TO AVOID THIS REFUSAL.
I PERSONALLY THINK THIS REFUSAL IS QUITE CRIPPLING. I NOTICED THAT MOSTLY PAKISTANI OR MUSLIM APPLICANTS ARE LEFT TO WAITING VERY LONG TIME FOR WAITING FOR VERIFICATION RESULT AND AFTER A LOOONGG WAIT , THEY GET THIS REFUSAL, SAYING, VERIFICATION FAILED.
I HAVE NOTICES AND FOLLOWED MANY CASES BEING ROTTING UP AND THEN REFUSED. ITS LIKE STARVING SOMEONE FOR MONTHS OR YEARS AND WHEN VERY WEAK THEN THEY PUNCH IN THE FACE LEAVING NO CHANCE FOR THE APPLICANT TO FIGHT FOR SUCCESS.
PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERTISE, VIEWS, SOLUTION, THOUGHTS ABOUT THIS VERIFICATION HURDLE.
I KNOW IN INDIA THEY USE INTEGRA WHICH IS QUITE GOOD, BUT FOR PAKISTAN SOME SAYS THEY USE BHC.ISLAMABAD SOME SAY THEY USE INTEGRA. SO IT IS QUITE CONFUSING AND MY APPLICATION IS WAITING HALF A YEAR FOR VERIFICATION CHECKS FROM PAKISTAN. BUT ALTHOUGH I WISH TO PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL THAT DEPT OR AGENCY, TO REQUEST THEM TO QUICKEN THE CHECKS BUT SO FAR I AM IN TOTAL DARK AND SO R MOST OTHER PAKISTANI APPLICANTS.
I HAVE COMPLAINT TO HOME OFFICE AND EVEN TO MY MP AND HOUSE OF LORD. THEY WROTE ME THAT BECAUSE A NUMBER OF DOCUMENTS ARE SEND TO PAKISTANI COLLEAGUES FOR VERIFICATION SO THAT IS WHY IT IS TAKING SO LONG.
I REQUESTED THEM TO EXPEDITE THE VERFICATION JUST NOW AND SEE IF THEY DO ANYTHING DIFFERENT. PLZ SUGGEST SOLUTIONS THANKS IN ADVANCE

i emailed my mp, and he called home office, and home office told him that there is a too much load on caseworker and its gone for verification , so my mp called and said that is what home office told him and that he cannot do anything more.. |
