Topic: Attorney RAHUL REDDY'S ATTITUDE
I applied for GC processing through OMNISOFT INC way back in May 2003 filed LC as future employee. My attorney was Mr. Rahul Reddy http://www.rvreddy.com/. I did not hear any thing from them till date. I requested many times thru email about my LC processing and always I got reply that it is pending at Philadelphia Backlog center. And surprisingly when I wanted an update on my LC status from Mr. Reddy he refused to give me the info status and asked me to get it from Srinivas Oruganti OMNISOFT Inc. Mr. Srinivas Oruganti will never reply to my phone nor mails. I repeatedly approached Reddy for my case status and yesterday he replied advising me to change the lawyer with reason "Conflict of Interest ".
I paid attorney fee to Mr. Reddy and other chages to Mr. Oruganti. Inspite of paying all legal fees I am not entitled to have my case status. Both of them are not revealing the actual facts. I understand due to some queries from USCIS they withdrew my application long back and not informing me. I also requested Reddy that I am not going to hire another lawyer but I am going to deal on my own and return all my papers but he has not responded yet.
So here is my advise to all who use services of Attorney, pl check before hand about the credentials of the Attorney before approaching them. You may have to face the same fate as me.

My 2nd FP was done on May 24th 2007 and after that my case was updated. My I-140 cleared May 31 2006 under NIW 2 filed sept 30 2005.
