Topic: EAD renewal fee doesn't need to be paid?!
Anyone one know what I should do? My EAD is going to expire in October. I applied and received it after the July 2007 date and filed it concurrently with my I-485 (All done through employment). Do I pay a filing fee? If so, how much??? I'm so clueless. Thanks for any help. |

It's going to be a year in a month since I finally received a Social Security number/card, did my biometrics and paid all that money, and still no word from immigration on our petition to change our residency status. I'm starting to get anxious. Does it usually take this long? If not, what could be the hold up? Should I be worried? Is there any way for me to check our application status online? I just received my employment authorization card, and am scheduled to do the BIO finger print stuff in 2 weeks. Can I apply for a job now with this card? Or do I have to wait for my social security card to come in? |

Just received notification for biometrics... I know they take finger prints, but what else? I don't wanna be surprised when I get there. Also, how much does it cost? Is it a standard national price or does it go by state? If someone could provide a link I'd be very grateful. |
