Topic: My I-485 is approved but my wife case is still pending.

Hi Ratrace,

I got my approval on 6th June. My wife had her 2nd FP on 7th June and we are still waiting for her approval. I'm not sure what is the process exactly. I just hope hers also comes through. Not even an update after 2nd FP

Topic: LUD analysis AFTER responding to RFE

Roger,

I'm pretty much in your boat. I got my approval mail on 6th June 08 and my wife had her finger printing on 7th June 08 and no LUD on her case yet, I hope I get to hear something for her. I'll be truly relieved when I have the card in my hand.

Topic: RFE issued, NSC I/O unavailable

When I contacted the senator's office to enquire on my case they said my wife's name check was pending, no information about mine (so I assumed my name check was done). Now I get the FP notice and she doesn't. I got no clue what is truth ??

I haven't got an RFE but I still got a new fingerprinting notice as soon as 15 months are complete. However, my for my wife whose fingerprinting was done a week earlier than mine has not received any new fingerprinting notice. I don't know what this means. I'll wait for another 10 days to go for my fingerprinting. Lets see what happens.
