hay , my self nehal patel

i applied for hsmp on 12 feb 2008 . my application is refused and they gave me 0 points how come it possible . i was working in india as an engineer and my income is good enough for 40 point . my age is 28 and i got letter from my university that i completed my degree in english and that equavivalent to IELTS.

AGE POINT - 10
EXPERIENCE POINT - 40
BACHELOR DEGREE POINT - 30

IT COMES TO 80 POINT BUT I MY APPLICATION IS REFUSED AND THEY SEND ME 0 POINTS. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW COME IT POSSIBLE . I NEED REALLY HELP ............
