Topic: how come 485 applications are randomly processed

The other theory I have seen allover is EAD renewal applications are triggering these approvals. As IOs try to approve the EAD and see everything is clear for GC they approve the GC, not sure if it is really true , but I have applied my EAD renewal. Have you seen something similar ?

Topic: Nebraska vs Texas discrimination in 485 approvals

I called them yesterday and got thru very quickly. The customer service rep. was very friendly but besides telling me that everything is clear the only thing she could tell me is to wait and call back after 2 weeks (when I will complete 30 days outside the processing window. which means they go by RD).

Topic: Nebraska vs Texas discrimination in 485 approvals

Texas service center has started cranking up approvals for 485s after 1APR04 priority date , in trackitt I can see as many as 30 approvals for as recent as May 2006 for EB2 India, while Nebraska has 0 approvals after 1APR04 priority date. Now trackitt is still a sample but with 11,000 records for 485 apps it is pretty damn good sample.

Now we all know the priority date isn't perfect and with USCIS processes nothing is fair but isn't this really discrimination ?
