Contact Ron Gotcher as soon as possible. It's better to with a best lawyer in these type of RFEs. I don't think it's so difficult but all the questions need to be answered properly and only a good lawyer can do it. |

Hi All,
Don't be angry with me by posting about H1 extn here. But I always get the useful information from 485 forum. That is the reason I posted it here. I have got an RFE on my H1 extn. Here it is:
My employer is a consulting services company who is also a primary vendor for the current client I am working for.
RFE details:
For each work site location, submit a letter from the end client location that identifies:
- The name of the project the beneficiary is assigned to:
- The title and duties of the beneficiary's position;
- Whether there is a vendor through whom the beneficiary's services are provided;
- The name of the vendor if applicable;
- Contact information from the end client which includes, the name of an individual, address, and telephone number where the contact can be reached;
- The name, title, and contact information of the person who primarily supervises or will supervise the beneficiary at the work site; and
- Whether the work site has the ability to assign the beneficiary to a different employer.
The information above is necessary to determine whether the actual duties to be performed are duties associated with the specialty occupation sought
- For the first 4 questions we are going to submit the PO for the proof. My employer is the primary vendor. There are no middle vendors. But one thing is my client does not provide any letter. Is PO sufficient for the first 4 Qns?
- 5,6,7 seems to be pretty simple.
For this RFE, we are going to submit the current PO. Do we need to submit any extra documentation just in case like the POs from previous clients, W2s, Tax returns etc?
And how can we prove the duties performed by me can be done only by me?
Please provide any suggestions,

I think facebook and twitter is a very good idea. I have seen some news about Iranians using facebook for their political protests and it drew everybody's attention. Who wants to take the initiative then? I am not a good leader :(. I appreciate if any seniors start this and we all follow them. |
