i would like to know if i still have to do the IELTS test, although i am from an English Speaking country in the caribbean. i have been speaking english ever since i know myself. do you think i would still get the highest point 16 with the understanding that my native language is english. I filed my Appliocation on the 18 December 2006 and still dont get an AOR letter as yet. |
