Topic: wife's gc card incorrectly states her sex to be male :)

In my wife's gc card he sex is incorrectly stated as "Male". :)
How do we get this corrected. The uscis website asks to fill-up an I-90 form and return the card, with backup documents.
Do I need some lawyer's help on this ..

any suggestion advice would be appreciated.

Topic: Any approvals today? (Aug 7 2008)

Hi,

I am quite new to this forum. Going through some of the posts I figured out the important information which is required to track 485 application. Basically, I did a concurrent filing for 140 and 485 on Jan 25. Both have got a ND of Jan 28th, 140 got approved on feb 20 , biometrics done on March 1st and I have received my EAD and AD. After that nothing happened over the past 4-5 months. After going through some of the posts here I went in and enrolled in uscis website to track the status of 485 approval and found out that I got a soft LUD of March 31st.
Can someone guide me what does that mean and how can I get a status of 485 approval ?

By the by I got a fairly common name , a google search ends with 194,000 records. :)

Does that make me wait for more than a year ?

Sorry , if my questions seem quite naive.

Cheers!
nilnir
