Topic: Are they updating the processing times any sooner??????
Everyone thinks that once their priority dates are current then Greencard is on horizon but here comes USCIS with their secret weapon called "Processing dates". They had 12 months ( Aug - 07 to July-08 ) to clear most of the backlog but they didnt care. |

I happen to notice my EAD, which was approved on 1/10/2008. It says "Fingerprint not available" - My EB2 dates are current past two months, no update on my I-485 yet. I read another thread regarding EAC/WAC cases transferred to TSC had issues with biomertics. Am I on same boat ? Should I take infopass and rectify or this is normal ? |

One more question, I still fail to understand approval pattern but still trying. Any EAC receipt# with LUD 2/3/08, I-140 approved filed EAD in july 08 havent got approval ? |

I too have LUD on 2/3/08 - PD March 2004 and RD July 27 2007. I-140 approved - Hoping for Green day every day but not yet. USCIS has their own plan. :( |
