Topic: H1B Transfer multiple conditions

I have H1-B with company A. I then got a transfer to company B. I have got a receipt notice for transfer to company B, but not yet an approval:3 months I worked for Company B.Then i am thinking that, i am going to Join my Company A.
1. Is it okay if company A Didn't cancel my H1-B?
2. If company B is in pending.My Company A H1B status is active. Employer A agree to rejoin that company.I need to reapply the transfer to Company A or Not?
