Topic: After resending the application in response to Appendix D-Not Applicable in the form.

Normally if application is incomplete (like NA not filled ) you should receive with in one month. After that resending application is your wish. If you are interested you can send the application any time. You can resend the application (After filling N/A etc..) immidietely or later. Because no file number is created for you.
I received my application with in 25 days and sent the same after 2 weeks I received.

Topic: No Initial Assessment or Transferred to local after 27th Feb

If sabri really received IA means good sign for all. I raised question on his post and he didn't answered yet.
I am guessing he is applied through PNP or his lawer is giving some wrong information.

Topic: No Initial Assessment or Transferred to local after 27th Feb

Hi
Check the comments of user "vanquisher"

"You may be aware that the parliament of canada has enacted amenments to the immigration and refugee protection act ("IRPA"). These amendments permit the minister of citizenship and immigration to give instructions to officers regarding the processing of certain types of applications filed on or after Feb 27 2008.
Because no instructions have been issued by the minister as yet, we are not able to inform you at this time wheter and how your application might be affected. .............................................. "

The message says applicationed filed on or after Feb 27,2008. As per trackit AORs of Feb 27 and 28 received some communication like IA or transferred.

Topic: I need help to find a good attorney to appeal

I am not expert in this but I saw some people applied for attorney in http://www.immigration.ca.
I think it is better to post your question in that site. Also post your climed points and your job details so that some people may give correct advice.

Topic: police certification

Police certificate is easy. Just go to Indian consulate close to you and pay money (around $30).
