I suggest not to wait for IV comments as it will not be considered if all comments are alike, we will only end up piling up the mailbox. Better to create your own response or can take reference from multiple sites or blogs for EO on legal. And comment only those part which you think are most relevant to one's case.

USCIS has to follow the process of making rule, which includes feedback, sessions and other steps which can be found http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/laws/a...

In shot they don't want to go in legal issues as in case of DACA and other EO.

Why don't we start twitting,

Without #i140EAD, #h4EAD is crippled. If spouse needs to move jobs, one spouse loses I140 & other spouse loses EAD !! @BarackObama @USCIS @DHS

Firstly I support H4EAD and it is good.

But here question is about H1B related to H4 EAD. If H4 EAD opens a company, it has easy option to transfer it's own H1B sponsor as an employee provided all requirement fulfilled(AC21 bla bla).

In case of L1 specialized skills it is not possible until that is converted to H1B. So people might not have tried it, I guess.

There was a meeting at USICS for lawyers and it was indicated that i140 EAD will be done till July 215. As it will be a issue for H4 EAD if dependent start company and sponsor the primary applicant H1B after AC21. Anyone has anymore information on this?

Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

I am on F1 visa for my studies, my spouse has approved i140 petition, can i file for EAD while staying in my F1 status or i need to change to H4 status back. And challenge here is If i change my status to H4 i will lose my teaching assistant ship. So can i file both H4 and EAD together?

If H4 EAD is applied and later on H1B(with approved i140) changes the job. New perm from new employer takes 6-12 months to file then what will happen to the H4 EAD holder?

Better reach out a lawyer and make a formal request for case status update.
