I took an infopass last week and got to know that my NC has been done in the first week of June 2008. I know there is no timeframe between NC and 485 approval but does anyone has done analysis on that?? EB1C guys ..... any inputs?? |

I took an infopass today and got to know that my NC was cleared in the first week of June itself. The officer was really helpful and he told that I can see something coming my way in the first half of Aug2008. He never told anything like EB1 Visa is not available. |

You cannot mail the cards. It comes under Felony and your gc can be revoked on the same ground. |

I'm in middle of 485 process with fingerprinting done and got our EAD's. Due to family emergency we applied for AP and got it in 3 days. My family is going to india next week except me(primary applicant). I just wanted to check if they got GC approval when they are in India.....will they be able to come back to US on AP? Or will there be any other formalities involved. |
