Topic: Anyone had their documents misplaced during a case transfer?

I got the background checks done and mailed the certificates to Buffalo. Then my case was transfered to Detroit but they did not transfer the background certificates with the case. When they asked for them i indicated i had already submitted them so I'm hoping they find them.

Topic: Anyone had their documents misplaced during a case transfer?

My case was transfered from Buffalo to Detroit and my background checks did not make it .... anyone been in this situation? I have sent new requests but what is the likelihood they find the old ones :(
