Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

This rule is NOT related to IT industry only. NOT every single Indian works at a South Indian IT company. NOT every single Indian is going to be affected by the rule. NOT every spouse of H-1B holders will be eligible to get EAD under this rule. Don't generalize the issue and Don't even think that you "scientific" data shows the entire picture.

I am not in IT industry and my wife is a Dentist from India. Too bad she can't even work as a Dental Assistant here on H-4. We are not asking for gold here. Spouses of L visa holder already are eligible to work here in States and it's not affecting US economy. When DHS says that this will have negligible affect on US economy, I think I can trust their research more than your narrow, generalized "scientific" research.

Again, let me repeat one more time so that even you can understand this. NOT every single Indian works at IT firm.
