The email says, On May 1, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register. |

Hi My PD is EB2 Jan 2002, I called the NSC number with the options provided above a CR answered my call and opened a Service Request and said will answer my querry in 45 days. I asked her if she can tell me about my Name Check staus she said she does not have that informatin in her sytem and added that when they respond to my querry I probably may get answer to my question. |

Dont even justify yourself to people who doesnt know to appreciate some ones effort to make other people life better. I am sure people who are in this forum are genuine people who have applied for Green Card and anxious to know about the status. They will use the program wisely only for that purpose.
What you have done is wonderfu;l work, it doesnt require much of a handholding. By the way I am not very technical savy but I was able to install and use the program. I sincerely thank you for your help. Also it was a smart move to remove the links so USCIS dont get bombarded by high volume of people requesting the status. Its very kind of you being willing to share it if some one requests you through email.

I was able to get the LUD changes successfully, also a messgaebox pops up with the message Hooray the chage has taken place with the respective receipt number and updates with the old new LUD number. Great!!! for people who are conscious of not hitting USCIS frequently for LUD update can just do the Ondemand option. |

Thankyou very much, it made my life so easy. I login everyday to see if there is any LUD change. Now I am free from that routine. I downloaded the program and was able to install it like a breeze. The setup is very easy and in seconds gets me the information. Excellent!!! |

I got an LUD change for I-131( pending) and I-765 (card production has been ordered)on 08/12, I thought it was just for me but after reading the forum its looks like abatch process. I am not sure if its a system wide or was based on some criteria? |
Topic: Sent back RFE response and got a new online message.
I had same update to my case upon receiving my response to the RFE, I had RFE similar to yours for TB skin test. The way I interpret the following lines "unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done" -
as to if we have completed all the steps in the 485 such as finger printing, namecheck, Receipt date priority and then if theere are available visa numbers for applicants PD date we can safely assume that you are close to getting your GC. |
