Topic: Audit case status in Atlanta from annual AILA Conference

Heard exactly the same from my lawyer. Lawyer is concerned that EB will be transformed by DOL and become like the old system and expects gc to take at least a couple more years to get. It all sounds very nice when compared to people that have waited for 8+ years, but in my case I have decided not to rely on this and pursue other opportunities in the EU as it is just mesmerizing to continue to live like non existing entities and also that my spouse will have to wait that long to have a professional life.

1. discuss with lawyer and gather all necessary info
2. file PERM
3. go to church, temple, mosque, etc and pray really hard not to get an audit
4. if audited, chek remaining time on your work visa
5. get tickets to leave US

PS sorry about my positivism
