Topic: Getting new F-1 VISA stamp under OPT in other country other than the passport issuance country?

Ok, the thing seems to be complicated for me. My company will send me to Swiss anytime once I started working for 6month. The problem is that my F-1 VISA stamp is already expired and has to get renewed to travel between Swiss and US. Can anyone give me an advise on whether I can get my US VISA renewed under OPT in Swiss (which is not my country) or not?
