PLEASE NOTE: YOU CANNOT FILE FOR A RENEWAL EAD MORE THAN 120 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ORIGINAL EAD EXPIRES
Documents required for EAD extension per person are:
Form I-765, Form G-28,
2 color photos with white background (full frontal or passport type),
USCIS filing fee check for $340.00 payable to “Department of Homeland Securityâ€,
copy of EAD card front/back sides,
copy of I-94 card,
copy of visa page of passport in color,
copy of driver's license,
copy of I-485 receipt notice,
copy of Marriage certificate.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have filed your I-485 with $1,010.00 filing fee, do not send any USCIS filing fees.
For Advance parole per person:
Form I-131, Form G-28,
2 color photos with white background (full frontal or passport type),
USCIS filing fee check for $305.00 payable to “Department of Homeland Securityâ€,
a letter explaining the reason for travel, copy of EAD card front/back sides,
copy of I-94 card, copy of visa page of passport in color,
copy of driver's license,
copy of I-485 receipt notice,
copy of Marriage certificate,
copy of birth certificate for children.
