Changing lawyer at this point is not advisable.B'coz,current lawyer knows very well about your case and company.Even,if your new management suggests new lawyer,check with your employer and make sure that you want to cont. with lawyer who has done your labor and I-485 process filling.It happend to my friend,even though he changed the employer,he sticked to his lawyer. |

Really it is a good news. But,before that they will take up H.R. 6598 the "Prevention of Equine Cruelty Act of 2008 (Horses)" which happend for past weeks. This time,they have to take to some step,whether "Yes or No".So that it will clear the clouds of GC Seekers. |
