hi i need help please i applied for my i-140 nd,rd 10/22/07 and from that date i can not see my case status online (failure to retrive result) my empolyer put sr 5 times every time the say they will send req to it department but with no result can any one advice please

i spoke to one of the immigration specialist she told me they normaly do not check these info they deal with every application as new and they will not know if you applied before or not unless you mention it i do not know how reliable this info ??

i agree with you ,but THERE SOME OTHER ISSUE I CAN NOT GET A POLICE CLEARANCE FROM UAE I TRIED LAST 3 MON BUT I COULD NOT IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY TO THEY WILL ACCEPT MY FILE WITH OUT POLICE CLEARANCE

in 2004 i did apply from dubai to london office and i change my job and left uae i did not follow up with my file then dec last year i checked my file an it did not show any status (not available) i mailed london office they respond they close my file coz i did not sent respond to their medical recently i have been nominated to manitoba i wanna ommit the dubai period from my application coz i can not get any document from dubai (previous imployer problem) my Q is if i did not mention the uae period are they able to open my old file and compare the info or not? and by the way i am applying to different visa offce can any one help me please .

I Filed For I140 In 10-22-07 And I Got A Rd The Same Day But From That Date I Can Not Check My Status Online It Give Me A Case Retrival Failure I Called The Uscic And They Told Me That The Employer Has To Call Not Me My Employer Called Twice And Ask For Sr Twice And Till Now Still I Can Not Get My Case Online ?
What I Should Do ? And What This Mean ?
