Topic: Card production ordered ony 2 days after repying to RFE!!!!!

They received my RFE response on 12/2 and I got approval email today (12/4), surprisingly fast. For my 140, it took them 5 days to approve after receiving RFE. I broke a record for RFE, I recieved two RFEs for two different I-140 and one RFE for 485 (Birth Certificate). Good luck with everyone and wish y'all become Green soon.

Topic: I'm Getting Ready to Check USCIS Online - Wish Me Luck Team!!!

Sorry to say this but even if you win Mega Million, you cant recieve the prize, you have to be permanent resident:)
Hopefully you will become both PR and win the lottery in future.

Topic: With Allah's blessings......Finally Recd Very Awaited Email from CRIS

Congrats! However I would not refer to Allah regarding US immiration stuff. it is a super-random process and some people with same status get green card, Advanced Parole, I-140 approved much faster than people with exact same status, so I wouldn't conclude that Allah helped those *lucky* ones and did not help the unlucky ones. It's just this immigration system that stinks so badly!!!!

Topic: Pony Express!

I got RFE on 11/6 and the lawyer has not received it yet! I now understand the meaning of Pony Express.
Or maybe they send it by a super intelligent system to make sure it takes 2 weeks+ to recieve? they are here to make us wait anyways...Unbelievable how this sytem works...

No idea! Maybe you can suggest it in 131 forum not in 485...

Topic: EAD and valid H1B

It is better to do that. Imagine you get RFE for your 485 (which I assume is pending more than 180days) asking for employment verification letter, then it will be bad since you did not inform them you have switched employer. You never know whats gonna happen, better be safe than sorry.

Topic: RFE & H1B transfer

This is a tough Q: I lost my job and found a new one and will start Nov14. On Nov 6 I got RFE and am watiginto see what it is.
I have asked new employer to transfer my H1B (but I can start on EAD). If USCIS receives H1B request earlier than my RFE and if RFE is about employment verification letter from old employer, does this confuse the hell of them? Should I ask new lawyer not to transfer H1B right now?

Topic: Got RFE after Infopass

Same happeneed to me, on Nov3 I went for inforpass and the lady said I am cleared. On Nov6 I got RFE and still waiting till lawyer receives it (sometimes it takes 2 weeks to receive and I dono why!). I called NSC asking what is my RFE about and they refused to tell me. Also yesterday I received a letter from NSC that on Nov3 somebody asked about my case and it is in progress. So Infopass actually triggered them to send me that mail at least and maybe yes, it did trigger them to touch my 485.

That means they are processing your case, might issue an RFE soon or hopefully straight approval, god knows....
