Topic: India: Changing from EB3 to EB2

EB3->EB2 porting will affect EB2, but EB2 still gets all the spill overs from EB1..So the impact won't be that significant. it all evens out in the end.

Topic: February 2009 VISA BULLETIN PREDICTION, EB3/INDIA!!

What does it matter? Might go up a week might go back 10 years. Other than tracking the people's sentiments, all of these prediction threads are a waste of time. My sentiment right now is obviously demoralizing.

I do not think trackitt represents just 1% of total pending applications.

Atleast represents 25%.
DO YOU THINK PEOPLE WAITING FOR 6 YEARS and STILL SITTING AT HOME AND CRYING. I'M SURE THEY MUST HAVEN BEEN HERE. ATLEAST 25% of PEOPLE.


I think I disagree. I know a lot of EB3 India folks who are technically challenged. One out of 4 EB3 India applicant visiting trackitt is a high number for sure. Maybe 10% is ok.

Topic: Adding spouse on your approved GC

Not trying to hijack this thread..But I'm interested in this as well. I'm under the EB3-I category and had filed for I-485 during last year July's fiasco and had my I-140 approved before I got married. I need to apply 485 for my spouse when my dates get current. I need to get a list of documents ready before hand. Could some one with more knowledge please respond? Thanks.
