Topic: Audit case status in Atlanta from annual AILA Conference

I guess it would be wrong to confirm that "AILA confirms that the oldest cases they see still pending have an August 2007 priority date."
My PD is well before that -April 2007- and still it is "IN PROCESS". So be prepared for some more months even more than 15 months.
This is something that we can't do more about it except wait and pray. GOD BLESS AMERICA.

Topic: Audit Notification

Labor Certification validity period starts from the day labor certificate issued / certified. So don't worry .
Discliamer: This is not an advise of the attorney, please confirm with the professional immigration attorney.

Topic: Whats wrong with ATL PERM Center

I heard that over 300K application were received by USCIS in past 6 weeks. Most of the applicants must be from retrogressed countries like India and China becuase world wide other applicants were having their P.D current before.
Out of above mentioned 300K applicanta atleast 150K should be from India. For India only 9800 visas are available per year.
Now everybody can count how long it will take to get their turn. SO PLEASE EVERYBODY SHOULD JOIN DC RALLY.
