Hi my wife is on H1B and I filed 485 as my dependent.She is fed up with her current employer and thinking to move on.
Though my PD is EB3 April 2001 , I dont see 485 approval will come any sooner with in next 12 months.
She is thinking to use her EAD so what is the process.
Do we have to inform USCIS? How to switch from H1B to EAD?
Also what is she dosent wanna work for few months? How to initiate EAD and not join another job? |

Siginig a letter is not equal to signing a legal agreement/contract.They cant jump into legal matter on that.

07/11/08-Application delivered priority USPS.
07/15/08 - Check cleared from bank and case id is printed behind it.

Dont worry...Just hire a lawyer...he can respond them in good manner for 500-1000 USD and they will drop the case.Have you ever signed any contract or someting? |

All I waan do is wanna apply F2 for wife.Wanna go to India and get married and come back and join my job for remaining time of OPT.
