Topic: Education Evaluation

Don't go for course by couse by shiela danzing.. it is waste of 1000$. instead of education evalution, after three year degree if u did any pg diploma course. stress that for the PGDiploma course three year degree is required.(Eligibility to get into the pg diploma three year degree is required) in that case you can combine 3years degree+1year pg diploma=4year us degree.

Topic: Advice Needed!!! Employer withholding salary!!!

Just write to them you will report to labor dept. Thats enough, if you go to labor dept. they will start scrutinize all the employees payroll details then they will have tough time. According to labor laws they can't with hold your salary. just check the labor dept site in the web you will find an application just fill that and submit they will get your salary.

Topic: I-140 Got deneied. In 7th year H1B....whats next

don't combine BS + PG DCM , Instead what u do, for PGDCM the requirement is Any graduate. i see one of the case with BSC + PG Education is equal to 4 year degree. One of my friend he got approved based on the above BSC + Pg DCM and the PGDCM (pgdcm elegibility requires 3 year degree)

Topic: Frustrated!!!

Stop worrying, what ever is going to happen will happen. Because of worrying nothing will change. I have two 140s one is hopeless because of 4 year degree specified in the labor (Substitue) and nother lobor of mine it was specified "ALL" instead of 4 year . Both 140s filed seperately by two different companies One is filed (substitue) on July with 485 another one filed in Dec. You know what happend. to my surprise both 140s are processed together by one IO and got RFE for both similar RFE Educational and A2P. Further surprise after two months of RFE they denied the labor which i thought would get throuh, for the substitute they send NOID. we replied to the NOID, now what i thought is hopeless is approved. (Hopeless becuase of 4 year degree, i see lot of cases denied because of 4 year degree and i am 3 year degree and 1yr PGDCM). We filed appeal for the other 140.

So stop worrying, if they asked any RFE just send the docs.
