Hi Rmorla,
I have submitted my HSMP around 4 weeks back.They are saying that my application is still under consideration.
I am planing to sent Urgent Treatment Form.I remember u got HSMP approval through UTF only.
I got an offer from a UK consultany.Do we have to send any proof along with UT form?.Or jus tsigned form is enough?.

They take ur gross salary mentioned in ur payslip for all the 12 months.Dont worry about the take home salary. |

Hi,
I have applied for HSMP on 20th sep.Still my application is under consideration.Actually i have taken my Degree in 2002.In 2004 my university name is changed.The letter given by my college for english proof has new university name and my OD has old university name.Will it be a problem?.
Since the decission is not yet taken can we send additional proof saying that the university name is changed.

I am going to apply for HSMP.I have all original bank statements except for one month.I have requested a
bank statement for that month and the bank has sent me the stmt through mail.The stmt has a digital signature.I have taken a color print of that .Is it ok to submit that ?.Is the bank seal required on that printout also?.

U dont have to go to university.Just go to your college and get a letter saying that u've
done your degree with English as the medium of instruction.That will be sufficient.

Hello,
I am planning to apply for HSMP. I have almost got all the documents ready but except one i.e, Birth Certificate or a Driving Licence for Date Of Birth Proof. Please let me know insted of eaither the two documents mentioned above will they consider any other documents like a PAN Card or my 10th Class Mrks Memo along with a Notarised copy of my Passport as a proof for my Date Of Birth. If so also please let me know what reason I have to mention in the application.
