I am still seeing the processing times as of may 15th.
I tried to clear the cache, history,coookies etc still old dates

Topic: H1 & EAD

i stay with my employer until i get my GC

Then It's good to stay on H1B. The only issues are..

1.You have to Stamp when the current one expires, if you go out of country
2. If you are married , your spouse have to be in H4, If EAD she can work

Just confirmed with my attorney and It should be processed based on the Receipt Date.
