I have been told to fill up HSMP PROFORMA form however I couldnot find it anywhere. Also I serached in EC-blog by Paul and when I click the link it says page is archieved and I am not able to get that form. Hi,
Same story here. In the VFS site under transitional arrangements section they have mentioned no need to fill the attribute section and directly go to maintenance section of the application form. The word application form is hyperlinked and when you click that, form VAF9A opens. So what I have understood is we need to fill section 7 of the form VAF9A and form VAF9B
Also in the fee section they have mentioned as 200 pounds for people already having approval letter.
When I called VFS help line they intially said EC for people with HSMP approval letter before April is same as old. When I said that in the site it is mentioned as I described above they said then follow as mentioned in the site. Even they also not clear about the process. May be the answers depend on the person who is attending call.
Totally it is confusing and may be we need to wait for few days till everything gets clear.

I will describe my situation as mentioned by you in the appln form. Another query is do we need to submit all original documents for EC also or the copy of the documents are fine ?
Second query is if I apply for EC after April - 08, will there be any change as per new point based system even though my HSMP got approved in March-08 or it will be same as now.

Topic: Salary Slips question
Hi,
For HSMP application I have shown past 12 months earnings from Germany and I have provided German salary slips for the period Nov-2006 to Oct-2007. From Nov-2007 onwards I have returned to India and I have Indian payslips. Now while applying for EC do I need to show Indian pay slips also since we need to show the latest pay slips. However Indian pay slips are not considered while applying for HSMP.
Please clarify the same.

I have following queries regarding EC. It would be really great if someone could clarify the same.
1. EC Fee
I have checked the VFC site for EC fee but could not find the fees for HSMP EC clearence. Also it is mentioned that the fee structure has changed from Feb 12th 2008. Please let me know which category of visa I need to refer under Visa Fees section in VFC site. Also can I pay the fee through DD from any bank ?
2. EC documents.
Please let me know the standard list of documents which I need to submit for EC clearence.
