When a green card holder - transfer flight in UK, GERMANY, brussels to india, do he/she needs transist visa?
I am planning to go from Newyork to Chennai - Direct flight, but the flight will stop in brussels - Belgium for refueling/cleaning.. If i have to go to the Airport waiting area, when they are cleaning/refueling, should i have a transit visa?
Any Green Card holder who actullay travelled in this route? please let me know

I'm very interested in forming a new business entity and work toward the Am. Dream whatever that is :-)
I meant New York State corporation, either C or S corporation. LLC is the best option for a new immigrant, your personal assets are protected and its cjeaper than regular corporations. | | | |

I got notice of Card Production last 24th of November, how long does it normally take to get physical card to be delivered? I wanted to travel before Christmas?
What can i do as an alternative should the card not arrive before that time?

hi pyrosleepy, congrats for your approval. Could you please little bit more elaborate as to what u did for successful interfiling. I also have 2 I-140s approved with same PD and under EB2 and EB3. Unfortunately, I applied 485 with eb3 i-140 and now, am trying to interfile eb2 140. Have sent tons of letters so far but have not seen any lud any thing else. Though, senator office informed me that my both the 140s have been consolidated into one A#. Is that something fruitful?
Maybe I got lucky with getting the letter confirming the interfiling of my EB2 I-140 with my pending I-485. They don't usually dont send a letter. I posted letter by express mail 1 time, priority mail 2 times, faxed couple of times starting from August for the next 45 days.
Having the two I-140's being consolidated under one A# is of course a positive thing. Just keep calling them every week. | | | |

Originally was under EB3 Jan 06 priority date. Then last year started a new EB2 case. Got I-140 EB2 approval from TSC on July. Sent interfiled letters and faxes to NSC 4 times. Got letter from NSC that my case was interfiled at the end of September. Please see my previous posts.
