Topic: What to do with old I-94 while exiting US after getting GC?

I remember reading about this topic some where but could not find it any more. I got my GC couple of days ago, going to Europe this coming Saturday. Can you folks please let me know what should I do with my old I-94? Should I give both I-94 and GC to the airlines?

Thanks for your response.

Topic: No Welcome notice or approval email !

Folks,

I got 'Card Production Ordered' emails for both me and my wife on Friday (03/28) and since then had LUD's on 03/30 and 03/31 without a change in the message. On 03/30 I received the same emails again.

I have not received any Welcome notice or approval email. Anything to worry about? Have you seen something like this before?

Thanks for your comments !

Topic: List of all possible documents: cross-chargeability

We did not submit anything specific related to CC. Lawyer wrote a letter asking for the case to be considered under CC. We did get RFE to prove that our marriage is bonafide and I guess that depends on how long you have been married. If you have been married just for a year, USCIS want to make sure it is bonafide.

Good luck with you case !
