Yes, My wife's EAD got approved for 2 years. Mine is still pending. But after 1 1/2 weeks our 485 got approved.

The I-140 ND was 5th Jan 2007. Had an RFE on it, just before the July fiasco. I 1st applied for the 485, and then sent in the RFE reply.

I did not notice any LUD change last night. Got the mail in the morning (19th Aug) that on 18th Aug, they approved my application.

I was happily surprised this morning (7:00am PDT) with the "Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident" e-mail from CRIS Bhaiyya.

"I am Greened" I suppose !!!
