My I-140 (PP) EB2 is pending since FEB8th 2007 due security checks , i am planing to meet cogress /senator man to expedite my case . Can anybody help me how to proceed them and what to tell them, and which phone number(USCIS) i have to give in order to contact them to USCIS regarding my case.

I got a LUD on my pending I-140(upgraded to PP,SUB,Under Security Checks) yesterday. I applied on Feb8th-2007. My EAD was already aproved.
Do you think it is a good sign ????

Did any of you get a LUD on your pending I-140(which is under security check) case last night??
I got a LUD on my I-140 last night after six months.
I-140 filed in DEC-2006
Upgraded to PP on 02/08/07
1 LUD - 02/14/2007
2 LUD - 07/12/2007
I-485,EAD,AP --- filed on 06/06/07
Approved EAD,AP

I am seeing so many cases in security checks who filed @TSC under PP (especially Labor SUB cases) , did any body got approval ????
No clue how long it takes.

request for PP was received on 02/08/07, we sent you receipt notice how we are going to process.......
nothing specified about security checks.I sent a email to PP service center, they mentioned that ur case is waiting for security case.

Thanks for reply guys , yes my I-140 undergone for security checks , they said doesnt matter even though it is PP , they are not giving any time lines, but they told me that 1000 will be returned soon . Recently in June07 i did filed my ead,485,ap and got first fp . Waiting for EAD .
