Yes, they will send a word file in an Email, with all the details you claimed , will orally get clarified as well as they expect the employer to send these details filled up in the word file they sent by Email. I got the document- sent to my employer, will try to post those details later |

BHC is very greedy about money, You have to use seperate VAF1 for everybody in your family and pay 17000 Rs for each. |

You will not have any disadvantegs- all advanteages, Your 2 years count will start on the day VISA is issued, not from the day HSMP approved. GO ahead and apply for Post dated- Meanwhile even if you apply for immediate VISA and come here, this is Holiday period, you will have small chances of landing in a job ... |

If I understood correct, You went on Student VISA and stayed there for 6 months without studies, most of the times, it will be considered as overstaying, They are very specific about student visas. I dont know how to give you a much better positive answer, you are right now @risk. |
