i am pretty sure numbers will be available in october but it will not be C (basically not for everyone) so there would still be retrogression

well yes attorneys want to make money but what about your employer, they are not going to be happy especially if someone who just got LC can go ahead with I 140/I485....so they are not going ahead to check the status regularly. thats the case with my employer....not for the ones who created sub accounts but there are lot of employers who have not done so and choose to check the LC status when they want to or have asked attorneys to check it once in a blue moon.....SUCKS

ok so Katherine Harris just got back to me and this is what she said

To email the Atlanta center, they cannot give us any information as to why this is happening, they dun have any information either so the best thing is to email the atlanta center.....

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO THAT. I am not based in ATL so can't make it, I am far off so will have to take day off. People in or near ATL should definitely do that.

Other than that I have been trying desperately to get something back. Talked to Melaney Baker again and she asked me to call the same number where now they transferred me to Ms. Catherine Harris who was not around and I left a message for her.
