I don't know from what source this news come from, but I know for sure isn't from 2006 because they said "Due in large part to the unprecedented events of summer 2007", so I pray to this works for everybody in current PD. I am July/2007 filer and nothing happen since my fingerprint in oct/07, no soft LUD, no hard LUD.

People
This conversation does not aggregate anybody, and is leading us to the point of hating each other. Particularly, I stayed in my country holding my big obsession to come here until I can come legally. This situation charged me a high cost, is that, my adults daughter got overage (passed to 21 years old).
My lucky is I brought them to here as students, but I need to pay high prices in university in order to maintain them here.
I do not blame those people who came illegally here (I have many good friends in illegal status), but I do not support illegal status. If you do everything by the law, you expect the minimum a reward for that. So I know for sure everyone will be prized for their efforts, does not matter legal or illegal. In our position, we cannot judge anyone, each one will respond by his or her error.

We cannot put aside the fact of processing times is showing june/23/2007, is that, only guaranted to be adjucated is RD before that date; sometimes one or another beyond this date can be processed. |

How will they know she got the green card by mail? You don't need declare in envelope that contain green card. If they ask for contents you just tell: there are some documents. The problem is if that mail get lost. |

I got the labor substitute (jun/04) approved around oct/06, my I-140 was mailed on beginning of nov/06, approved on dec/06, my I-485 was mailed on jul/21/07, RD jul/24/07, ND sept/12/07, fingerprint oct/02/07

Topic: EB3 Rest of World (ROW) - any LUD's ?
My priority is Jun/04, I got current to file on Jun/07 but I just sent on July after that fiasco (17/07). No LUD since my fingerprint on oct/07. In the beginning of April, I called to IO and told me my name check is clear. No information, no LUD, nothing happen and I am afraid because the quota for EB3 is almost reached. I am on the same boat.
I am trying to deviate my thinking in that for do not be too much anxious. |

Why instead fight for eliminate per country quota, they fight for eliminate green card quota? Consider this: Whom is applying for green card? Only employment-based or family-based. Those people come to USA using H-1B (65000 per year) or relatives accompanying theirs sponsor. There are no possibility to overflow. The quota per country protect those country less developed.
