The difference between my email and other people who got the email is that most of them already had an approved I-485 and/or their I-129 as reopened. In my my case neither my 485 is approved nor my email says that my I-129 was reopened. Plus I have been working for the same company since day one. And there is no LUD on my 485.
So it is creey..... lol |
Topic: Now... This is Creepy.............
Background first:
EB3-ROW late July 2007 filer at NSC.
On Sat at 10:45pm I got this automated email from CRIS that my "H-1B" is approved. The creepy part is that it was approved in OCt 2004 and I am no longer working on H-1B as it expired in Oct 2007 and I am currently working on EAD.
Here is the copy of that email and let me know what should I make out of this email.
