Topic: processing order of I140

True,
But the main issue is that if God forbidden something happens to the job and 140 isn't cleared, then the only option is to start all over again. Correct me if somebody thinks I am wrong.

Topic: I-140 in Nebraska

Guys, my I-140 date is Dec 4th 2006 EB3 regular processing. I used to worry a lot after I saw a couple of 2007 cases got cleared. But now I have decided not to get into a panic mode unless my dates by-pass their current processing dates i.e. Oct 6th 2006 as per the last bulletine.

I would suggest all to remain calm and tension free unless your date has crossd the current processing date and your case still remain pending.

Untill then chill and relax. To be honest and frank......we have no other option.

Topic: Temporary Suspension of Premium Processing for I-140s ?

Filed my 140 on Dec 4th 2006. I asked my lawyer how long would it take as there is hardly any progress in the July dates. She said she is not sure, but if I am willing I can upgared to premium processing in Aug.

Let august come we'll find out if they allow pp.

When i called USCIS - NSC, to get an update, they said they are currently working on Oct/Nov cases.....
