Topic: What is exact interpretation for AC21 now?

I switched jobs last month, I-140 and I-485 both pending since Aug 2007. I moved from on large financial company to another large financial company in similar role. New company's lawyers approved of this move saying only issue is RFE on 140. It is a chance that you need to take if you are desperate. You can have your H1-B transfered to new employer just to be on the safe side. I got mine transferred (9th year, it was already expired). So if my 140 gets approved, all is well. if it gets denied, who cares, i'll get back to the end of the queue for another 6-8 years.

Topic: What can we do to make TSC process our cases?

I did my bit. Sent email and form 7001 to Ombudsman. Let's all keep sending while we dont't see any action from USCIS. I'll resend form 7001 on a weekly basis.

Topic: The long awaited approval

01JAN05,

Do you now see your case in status search? As you may remember, i am in the same boat and haven't seen my case on status search site yet. Hopefully when the approve my case (if they do, since i am EB3, incorrectly filed by my employer even though i was eligible for EB2)i'll see it on status site..

Topic: The long awaited approval

I have a copy of I-140 receipt. I've called them twice. They say they have no idea why it doesn't show-up online and they don't know who would fix it.

Topic: APPROVED TODAY.

The July Fiaso was just too good to be true. I would've been in a much better position with just an approved 140 rather than filing for 485 and EAD/AP (that I'm not even planning to use after spending all that money). I don't think there's any peace of mind for me now - the Premium processing news was like salt on my wound.

At this point, I see Sep-Oct-Nov 07 140 filers getting approved left and right. Dunno if there's any hope for August concurrent EB3 filers.

She81, I compiled a list of 200 Aug'07 filers. Till May, there were approvals for Texas EB3. Now it has just stopped. Not a single EB3 approval in June (out of my list). But I am not going to loose my hope. It'll happen for us too, may be late this year or early next year. Don't let your spirit down.
