Actually for GC - Labour Certification U will not get a recipt number. Only u will get a case number.

Hi There, Sorry to hear about the denial. U haven't given any of ur info with out which nothing can be said. As stated in the reply from USCIS, do u have a 3 yr degree or 5 yr degree? Get the evalaution done again and resubmit it along with the appeal. As suggested by ur lawyer put up a new petition as a back up.
