I spoke to attorney about my PD April 2002 becoming current.He told approximately it take One more year to become current.
We knew this but still checked if he has any other information from AILA meetings |

According to my knowledge you should work on same job mentioned in your LC eventhough you use EAD and if you are primary applicant .If you are Eb3 LC is related to management of food business you can work . Better check with your attorney |

According to knowledge RFE should be sent out with in deadlines.they will consider postal delays.You will be fine if you mail it on last day by overnight mail.Anyway check with lawyers and others too for safer side |
